There will always be an oversupply of people who spend a large portion of their time figuring out who to blame when things go wrong.
However, the real demand is for people who fix the problem, not the blame.
Even if you know who is to blame, rather than talking about blame, talk about solutions to the problem.
Those who concentrate on fixing problems are paid well, while blame fixers are lucky to hang on to their jobs.
Problem fixers are always needed and welcome.
